We do not promise faster than the documents say:
- a claim is reviewed within 30 calendar days from receipt — cl. 17.1 of the User Agreement;
- an incident report tied to an Order is accepted within 14 calendar days from the Order date — cl. 11.1 of the User Agreement;
- requests related to personal data are answered within 10 working days (extendable by no more than 5 working days) — cl. 12.3 of the Privacy Policy.
