Edition of 06.10.2026. Published on 06.10.2026. Effective as of 06.10.2026.
This document is a public offer of Anton Filimonov (hereinafter the Platform) to individuals for the provision of free access to the “Po lapam!” service.
The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment acceptance is made in the order of cl. 2.4. If you do not agree with the terms of the Agreement, you must stop using the Service.
1. Terms and definitions
1.1. Platform - Anton Filimonov, Tax ID 631816218908, Samara, 91 Lev Tolstoy St., the person who provides access to the Service and defines the procedure for its operation. The exclusive rights to the Service belong jointly to Anton Filimonov and Artem Yakovlev (cl. 13.1).
1.2. Service (the “Po lapam!” service) - a set of software programs, databases and informational materials available on the website polapam.ru and in the Platform's mobile applications, designed for posting and searching for information about pet care services and for arranging communication between Users.
1.2.1. The Service consists of two mobile applications: “Po lapam!” - the application for Clients, and “Po lapam! Pro” - the application for Contractors. Both applications are parts of one Service, work with common databases and are governed by this Agreement.
1.2.2. The Russian-language and English-language names of the Service and the applications are equivalent. Using either of them in the Service, in the Platform's documents, in application stores and in advertising denotes one and the same Service and creates no differences in the rights and obligations of the Parties.
1.3. User - a legally capable individual aged 18 or over who has registered an Account in the Service.
1.4. Client - a User who owns a Pet on a lawful basis or is authorised by the owner, who posts a Request and looks for a Contractor.
1.5. Contractor - a User who publishes a Profile in the Service and provides Services to Clients in their own name, in their own interest and at their own risk.
1.6. Services - the Contractor's services for walking, visits (feeding, care in the Client's absence), boarding of a Pet and other types, the list of which is published in the Service. The Services are provided by the Contractor, not by the Platform.
1.7. Request - an offer posted by a Client in the Service to conclude a contract for the provision of Services on the terms specified in it.
1.8. Order - the terms of a specific Service agreed by the Client and the Contractor and recorded in the interface of the Service.
1.9. Contract between Users - a contract for provision of services for a fee between the Client and the Contractor, concluded in the order of section 5.
1.10. Profile - the public profile of the Contractor: display name, photograph, district, list of services, prices, description of experience, rating, reviews, badges.
1.11. Photo Report - photo and video materials uploaded by the Contractor to the Service during or upon completion of an Order, with the time and the coordinates of the device recorded automatically.
1.12. Verification - a check by the Platform of a limited, closed list of information about a User to the extent and in the order established by section 7.

1.15. Pet card - a form filled in by the Client in the interface of the Service with information about the Pet and requirements for its care. The Pet card is an integral part of the Order. If the Pet card conflicts with other terms of the Order, the information in the Pet card applies.
1.16. Emergency contact - an adult person indicated by the Client whom the Contractor and the Platform are entitled to approach if the Client is unavailable, and whom the Client has authorised to take the Pet.
1.17. Support - the support service of the Platform, available at support@polapam.ru and through the interface of the Service.
1.18. Display name - a designation that the User chooses independently and under which they are shown to other Users in the Service. A Display name may be a personal name, a pseudonym, a screen name or the name under which the User conducts their activity. The Platform does not request the User's surname, first name and patronymic, does not verify that the Display name matches the User's identity documents and does not store their surname or patronymic.
1.18.1. Requirements for the Display name. A Display name must not: mislead as to the User's identity, including impersonating another person or the Platform; infringe the rights of third parties to trademarks, trade names and other means of individualisation; contain insults, profanity, calls to violence and hostility; contain contact details for communication outside the Service and advertising. The Platform does not verify whether the User has the rights to the designations used in the Display name; the User is responsible for choosing the Display name. A Display name that does not meet these requirements may be changed or hidden by the Platform with notice to the User.
2. General provisions
2.1. The Agreement governs the relations between the Platform and the User arising when accessing the Service and using it.
2.2. The Agreement does not govern the relations between the Client and the Contractor. Those relations are governed by the Contract between Users (section 5) and the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.3. The current edition of the Agreement is posted at polapam.ru/en/agreement/. The Platform is entitled to amend the Agreement in the order of section 15.
2.4. Acceptance. Acceptance is the performance of any of the following actions: ticking the consent box during registration; completing the registration of the Account; posting a Request or a response to a Request. By accepting, the User confirms that they have read the Agreement, the Service Rules and the Privacy Policy, understand them and accept them without reservation.
2.5. Access to the Service is provided to the User free of charge. The Platform charges Users no commission on the Order, no fee for publishing a Profile, no fee for responding to a Request and no subscription fee. Paid functions of the Service and the Platform's remuneration for certain categories of Services may be introduced only by a separate document (the Tariffs) and a new edition of the Agreement in the order of section 15; they apply to Orders created after the relevant edition enters into force.
2.6. The rights and obligations of the Platform and the User are determined by this Agreement and the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation, taking into account the role of the Platform in the particular relations. The Platform does not provide pet care Services and is not their contractor; this does not preclude the application to the relations of the Parties of mandatory provisions of legislation. The relations between the Client and the Contractor are governed by their contract and legislation (cl. 8.6).
2.7. The Agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
3. Registration and Account
3.1. Registration is available to legally capable individuals aged 18 or over. By registering, the User confirms that they meet this requirement.
3.2. During registration the User indicates a mobile telephone number, a name, an email address, a password and a city. The mobile telephone number is the identifier of the Account: it is used to sign in to the Service. The number is confirmed with a one-time code and is not changed thereafter. The email address is used to restore access to the Account and for legally significant messages.
3.3. The User must provide reliable and complete information about themselves and keep it up to date throughout the entire period of using the Service. Providing unreliable information is grounds for restricting access in the order of section 12.
3.4. The Account is personal. The User is not entitled to transfer access to it to third parties, to create more than one Account, or to restore access to the Service after an access restriction by registering a new Account.
3.5. The User is responsible for keeping the means of access to the Account safe. All actions performed using the Account are deemed to have been performed by the User until they have notified Support of the loss of control over the means of access.
3.6. The User is entitled to delete the Account at any time through the interface of the Service. Deleting the Account does not terminate obligations under incomplete Orders and does not entail the automatic removal of reviews left by the User about other Users or of de-identified statistical data.
3.7. Notifications. The User agrees to receive service and system notifications (registration confirmation, Order statuses, incidents, changes to the Agreement) by email, as push notifications and in the interface of the Service. It is not possible to opt out of service notifications without ceasing to use the Service.
3.8. Advertising messages. As of the date of this edition the Platform does not send advertising messages and does not request consent for them. Consent to receive advertising messages in the order of part 1 of Art. 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 “On Advertising” is given by the User separately and may be withdrawn at any time through the Account settings or by contacting Support. Opting out of advertising messages does not restrict access to the Service.
4. The role of the Platform
4.1. The Platform does the following:
4.1.1. provides the technical ability to publish a Profile, to post a Request, to find each other and to exchange messages;
4.1.2. carries out Verification of Contractors to the extent established by cl. 7.3, displays its result in the Profile and admits the Profile for publication in the order of cl. 7.3.6;
4.1.3. ensures the operation of the mechanics of the Photo Report, the rating, reviews and badges in accordance with the Service Rules;
4.1.4. accepts and reviews incident reports in the order of section 11;
4.1.5. is entitled to place advertising of partners (section 10); as of the date of this edition no advertising is placed in the Service.
4.2. The Platform does not do the following and is not:
4.2.1. The Platform is not a party to the Contract between Users, does not provide the Services, does not order them and does not act on behalf of either party. The Platform is not the agent, commission agent, attorney, guarantor or surety of the User.
4.2.2. The Platform is not the employer of the Contractor. No employment relations and no relations governed by Chapter 49.1 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation arise between the Platform and the Contractor. The Contractor independently determines the list of services provided, their price, geography and schedule, accepts or rejects any Request at their discretion, is not subject to the internal labour rules of the Platform and receives no instructions from it on the method of providing the Services. The Service Rules establish the terms of using the Service, not the procedure for performing the Services.
4.2.3. The Platform does not take part in settlements between the Client and the Contractor, does not accept, store or transfer the funds of Users, is not a payment agent, a banking payment agent, a money transfer operator, or an authorised operator of an electronic marketplace carrying out information exchange with tax authorities in accordance with Art. 3 of Federal Law No. 422-FZ of 27.11.2018.
4.2.4. The Platform is not the tax agent of the Contractor, does not calculate, withhold or remit taxes and insurance contributions on their behalf and does not file reporting for them.
4.2.5. The Platform does not guarantee the conclusion of a Contract between Users, the availability of a suitable Contractor in a particular district or at a particular time, the volume of requests for a Contractor, nor the quality, volume, timing and safety of the Services.
4.2.6. The Platform does not verify information that is not expressly listed in cl. 7.3.1 and does not perform actions that are not expressly listed in cl. 4.1.
4.3. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. The Platform does not guarantee the uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service and is entitled to suspend access for maintenance work, notifying Users where there is a technical ability to do so.
5. Request, Order and Contract between Users
5.1. The Client posts a Request indicating the type of Service, the date, time, address or district, information about the Pet and other material terms.
5.2. The Contractor is entitled to respond to the Request. The response is the offer of the Contractor on the terms indicated in their Profile and response.
5.3. Moment of concluding the contract. The Contract between Users is concluded by performing conclusive actions: the Client confirms the selected response in the interface of the Service and the Contractor confirms acceptance of the Order. From that moment the Order is deemed agreed, and the contract is deemed concluded directly between the Client and the Contractor.
5.4. Contract templates. The Platform publishes in the Service recommended contract templates for each type of Service: polapam.ru/en/agreement/walking, polapam.ru/en/agreement/visit, polapam.ru/en/agreement/boarding. Users are entitled to use the template in full, to amend its terms provided the subject matter is not affected, or to conclude a contract on other terms. The template applies to an Order if the Users have not agreed otherwise. The Platform is not a party to such a contract and is not liable for its performance.
5.5. Meeting in person. For boarding and visits the Platform recommends holding an in-person meeting before the Order. A refusal of the Order by either party following the meeting is not a breach.
5.6. Cancellation. The procedure and consequences of cancelling an Order are determined by the Contract between Users. The Platform records the fact and time of cancellation and takes them into account in the rating under the Service Rules.
5.7. Interaction outside the Service. Users are entitled to continue interacting and to conclude subsequent contracts outside the Service. The Platform sets no prohibitions on direct contact between Users and charges no fee for such contact. At the same time, the mechanics of the Photo Report, the rating, badges and the review of incidents do not apply to contracts concluded outside the Service, and the Platform holds no data on such contracts and does not review enquiries related to them.
5.8. Default allocation of risk. If the Client and the Contractor have not agreed otherwise, the following rules apply to their relations, reflecting the nature of services for the care of a living being. The Contractor is not liable to the Client for:
a) the aggravation of chronic or hard-to-diagnose conditions of the Pet that existed at the moment the Services began, and for their consequences;
b) the consequences of the Pet's own unavoidable actions (swallowing objects, self-injury, damaging structures and the like), if the Contractor ensured conditions matching the Pet card and the Requirements for the Conditions of Provision of Services;
c) the quality, timeliness and consequences of veterinary care provided by a third-party veterinary organisation, including the consequences of the administration of anaesthesia;
d) changes in the Pet's weight, appetite and behaviour caused by stress from separation from the Client and a change of surroundings;
e) the consequences of the Client providing unreliable or incomplete information about the Pet, including veterinary documents;
f) damage caused by the Pet to third parties, unless it was caused by the Contractor's breach of cl. 7.4; in other cases claims are made against the owner of the Pet in accordance with legislation.
5.9. Clause 5.8 does not apply to the extent that it conflicts with mandatory provisions of legislation and does not release the Contractor from liability for intentional breach and for gross negligence.
5.10. Acceptance of results. If the Client and the Contractor have not agreed otherwise, the Client notifies the Contractor of defects in the Services provided within 3 calendar days from the date the Order is completed. This condition does not shorten the periods established by legislation and does not affect the time limit for contacting the Platform under section 11.
6. Settlements between Users
6.1. The price of the Services is determined by the Contractor independently and is indicated in the Profile and in the Order. The Platform does not set, agree, recommend or limit the prices of Contractors.
6.2. Settlements are made by the Client directly to the Contractor by the method they have agreed. The Platform provides no payment instruments, takes no part in settlements and holds no information about the fact and amount of any payment made, unless the Users have voluntarily provided it in the Service.
6.3. Marking an Order as completed in the Service is not confirmation of payment and creates no monetary obligations of the Platform.
6.4. Disputes about payment, about refunds and about the amount of remuneration are resolved between the Client and the Contractor. The Platform does not withhold, block or return funds and does not act as an arbiter of monetary claims.
6.5. Each User independently performs their tax obligations arising in connection with the Contract between Users.
6.6. The Platform is entitled in future to introduce functionality for making settlements through the Service. Such functionality is introduced by publishing separate terms and a separate acceptance by the User; until such acceptance this section applies in an unaltered form.
7. Special conditions for Contractors
7.1. Legal and tax status
7.1.1. The Contractor provides the Services in their own name, in their own interest and at their own risk, under one of the following statuses: an individual applying the special tax regime “Professional Income Tax”; an individual entrepreneur; an individual with no special status.
7.1.2. The Contractor independently chooses and indicates their status in the Account and undertakes to keep this information up to date.
7.1.3. The Contractor independently calculates and pays taxes and insurance contributions and is liable for their non-payment. The Platform performs no tax obligations on behalf of the Contractor and does not pass information about their income to tax authorities, since it takes no part in settlements.
7.1.4. The Contractor is informed that systematically deriving profit from providing the Services without registering as an individual entrepreneur or without applying a special tax regime may entail liability provided for by legislation. The Contractor independently assesses the application of such requirements to their activity.
7.1.5. The Contractor is informed that if their activity is recognised as entrepreneurial, the provisions of legislation on the protection of consumer rights may be applied to their contracts with Clients regardless of the absence of registration (cl. 4 of Art. 23 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
7.2. Representations of the Contractor
7.2.1. By publishing a Profile, the Contractor gives the Platform and the Clients the following representations as to circumstances within the meaning of Art. 431.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation:
a) they have reached 18 years of age, are fully legally capable and are not restricted in legal capacity;
b) the information in the Profile, including experience, skills, education and qualification documents, photographs and the indicated district, is reliable and relates to them personally;
c) there are no court rulings that have entered into force prohibiting them from keeping animals or from activity related to animals, and no unenforced administrative penalties for breaches in the field of animal handling;
d) they have not committed and do not commit acts constituting cruel treatment of animals;
e) there are no conditions preventing them from providing the Services and posing a threat to the Pet or to those around. The Platform does not request or process information about the Contractor's health; this representation is given by the Contractor without disclosing such information;
f) they are not under the influence of alcohol, narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances while providing the Services;
g) for boarding: they own or occupy a residential premises on a lawful basis, have obtained the consent of the owner (landlord) to keep animals of third parties in the premises and the consent of all adult persons living in the premises;
h) for boarding: their own animals in the premises are vaccinated in accordance with veterinary requirements and have no infectious diseases;
i) they have read the requirements of Federal Law No. 498-FZ of 27.12.2018 “On Responsible Treatment of Animals” and the regional rules for walking animals and undertake to comply with them.
7.2.2. The representations are given upon the first publication of the Profile and are confirmed upon each acceptance of an Order. The Contractor must notify the Platform immediately if any representation has ceased to be true.
7.2.3. A Contractor who has given an unreliable representation must compensate the Platform for the losses caused by the unreliability, including the amounts recovered from the Platform by third parties and the cost of legal assistance (Art. 431.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). Giving an unreliable representation is an independent ground for an indefinite restriction of access.
7.2.4. The representations listed in cl. 7.2.1 are given by the Contractor as statements of fact. The Platform does not verify them and does not process documents confirming or refuting those circumstances beyond cl. 7.3.1.
7.3. Scope of Verification: what the Platform checks and what it does not check
7.3.1. The Platform checks:
a) that the Contractor is reachable at the email address they have indicated - when restoring access to the Account;
b) the completeness and reliability of the Profile - in the order of moderation of the Profile (cl. 7.3.6), before its publication;
c) the presence of the representations given by the Contractor under cl. 7.2;
d) the existence of education or qualification documents - only if the Contractor states them in the Profile, and only as to the existence of the document, not its authenticity.
7.3.2. The Platform does not check:
a) information about convictions and criminal proceedings. Such information may be processed only in the cases and in the order established by federal laws (part 3 of Art. 10 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006); the Platform has no grounds for processing it. The Platform is not entitled to request, accept or store a certificate of the presence (absence) of a conviction;
b) health condition, mental state, the fact of being registered with medical organisations. Such information belongs to special categories of personal data and is not processed by the Platform;
c) the authenticity of education documents, certificates and other confirmations of qualification;
d) the housing conditions of the Contractor in person, as well as the conditions in which the Pet is kept during boarding;
e) the existence and content of the consent of the owner of the residential premises (the representation under cl. 7.2.1 “g” is accepted);
f) the reliability of reviews about the Contractor left outside the Service;
g) the performance by the Contractor of tax obligations;
h) the identity of the Contractor. The Platform does not request, accept or store images or details of an identity document and does not compare the photograph in the Profile with the photograph in such a document. The display name and other information in the Profile are indicated by the Contractor independently and are not verified by the Platform; the Platform has no verified information about the identity of the Contractor. Confirmation of the mobile telephone number (cl. 3.2) verifies access to the number, but not the identity of the Contractor.
7.3.3. The mark of completed Verification and other badges in the Profile mean exclusively the passing of the checks listed in cl. 7.3.1 and are not confirmation of the identity, qualification, good faith or safety of the Contractor or of the quality of their Services.
7.3.4. Verification time - up to 24 hours from the moment the Contractor submits a complete set of information. The Platform is entitled to refuse Verification or to suspend it in the following cases: failure to submit the information provided for in cl. 7.3.1; inconsistency of the submitted information with the data of the Account; signs of forgery of the submitted materials; a previously applied indefinite restriction of access to the User. The decision is communicated to the Contractor with reasons and may be appealed in the order of cl. 12.5.
7.3.5. The Platform is entitled to carry out repeated Verification, including upon receiving an incident report, upon a change in the information of the Profile and after a break in activity of more than 6 months.
7.3.6. Moderation of the Profile
7.3.6.1. The Profile of the Contractor is published and becomes available to Clients in search after being checked by the Platform or by a person authorised by it. Until a decision is taken the Profile is in the state “under review”: the Contractor uses the Account, but Clients do not find them in search and cannot select them for a Request.
7.3.6.2. Moderation of the Profile is not Verification and is not linked to the levels of checking: a Profile admitted for publication may have no badges at all, and the presence of a badge does not replace the decision of the moderator.
7.3.6.3. When checking a Profile, the Platform or a person authorised by it assesses the completeness of the form, whether the content of the Profile meets the requirements of cl. 9.2, whether the photographs relate to the Contractor and to the Services they declare, and the absence in the Profile of advertising and of contact details for communication outside the Service (cl. 7.7.1 “c”).
7.3.6.4. Checking time - up to 24 hours from the moment the Profile is submitted for checking. The decision and its grounds are communicated to the Contractor in the interface of the Service.
7.3.6.5. If publication is refused, the Contractor is entitled to remedy the indicated grounds and to resubmit the Profile for checking. A refusal may be appealed in the order of cl. 12.5.
7.3.6.6. The Platform is entitled to take a previously published Profile offline upon establishing the grounds provided for in cl. 7.3.6.3, as well as in the order of section 12. Taking the Profile offline does not release the Contractor from obligations under Orders already accepted.
7.4. Obligations of the Contractor when providing the Services
7.4.1. The Contractor must:
a) provide the Services personally. Transferring performance to a third party, including another Contractor of the Service, without the Client's prior consent is prohibited;
b) comply with the time, duration, route or address agreed in the Order and not change them without agreement with the Client;
c) not leave the Pet unattended, not transfer it to third parties and not allow strangers to it;
d) not apply physical force to the Pet, nor means of correcting behaviour (including electronic, prong and choke collars), if their use has not been agreed by the Client in the Service;
e) not use the Pet for purposes unrelated to the Order, including for filming, breeding, participation in events and advertising;
f) comply with the requirements of Art. 13 of Federal Law No. 498-FZ of 27.12.2018: ensure the safety of people, animals and property, clean up the Pet's waste, and not allow walking without a leash and muzzle outside places specially designated for walking if the Pet belongs to a potentially dangerous breed under the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation;
g) comply with the regional and municipal rules for walking and keeping animals at the place where the Services are provided;
h) as regards keys, access codes and other means of access to the Client's residential premises: take them over on an act with photo confirmation in the Service, use them exclusively for the purposes of the Order, make no copies, not transfer them to third parties, return them within the time and by the method agreed with the Client, and notify the Client and Support immediately of their loss;
i) not allow access to other premises and property of the Client beyond what is necessary for providing the Services, and not use the Client's property for personal purposes;
k) not carry out photo and video filming of the Client's residential premises and of the persons in it beyond the extent necessary for the Photo Report, and not publish such materials outside the Service;
l) keep confidential the information about the Client that has become known in connection with the Order, including the address, family composition, schedule of absence and access codes;
m) before the Services begin, check the Pet and the conditions of its keeping against the information in the Pet card and, if discrepancies are identified, notify the Client and Support immediately, suspending the taking of the Pet until the discrepancies are remedied;
n) ensure the Pet has constant access to clean drinking water, and feed it and administer medication strictly in accordance with the Pet card, without changing the diet without agreement with the Client.
7.4.2. Photo Report. For each Order the Contractor must upload a Photo Report in the order and within the time established by the Photo Report Rules. Uploading the Photo Report is a condition for counting the Order in the rating and in the badges. The Contractor undertakes not to falsify the Photo Report, including not to upload materials shot at a different time, in a different place or with a different animal, and not to alter the data about the time and coordinates of the shooting. Falsifying the Photo Report is a gross breach and entails an indefinite restriction of access.
7.4.3. Route recording during walks. For an Order for a walking Service, the application of the Contractor records the route - the coordinates of the device with time stamps - from the start to the completion of the Order, including when the application is minimised and the screen is off. The route is displayed to the Client on a map in the Order card. Recording takes place only during such an Order; outside it the application does not access location in the background. The Contractor is entitled not to grant permission to access location or to revoke it in the device settings - in that case no route is recorded and the Client sees a note that no route is available. The procedure for processing this data is established by cl. 6.5.1 of the Privacy Policy.
7.4.4. Refusal of an Order. The Contractor is entitled to refuse to accept a Request without giving reasons. If the Contractor refuses an already accepted Order, they must notify the Client and Support of this immediately. The Contractor is entitled to stop providing the Services and to hand the Pet back to the Client or to the person indicated by the Client ahead of time, if continuing poses a threat to their life, health or property or to the life and health of the Pet, having notified the Client and Support immediately.
7.5. Actions of the Contractor in emergency situations
7.5.1. Upon the occurrence of any of the following events: injury, illness or death of the Pet, the Pet escaping or being lost, aggression of the Pet towards people or other animals, the Pet causing damage to third parties' property, damage to the Client's property, loss of keys or means of access - the Contractor must:
a) immediately, but no later than 30 minutes from the moment they learned or should have learned of the event, notify the Client by any available means;
b) within the same time send a notification to Support through the interface of the Service describing the event, the time, the place and the measures taken;
c) if the life or health of the Pet is at risk - take reasonable steps to provide assistance, including approaching the nearest veterinary organisation, while notifying the Client at the same time;
d) keep and hand over to the Client and the Platform the materials available: photographs, video recordings, documents of the veterinary organisation, information about witnesses.
7.5.2. Concealment of the event referred to in cl. 7.5.1, or the provision of unreliable information about it, is a gross breach of the Agreement.
7.5.3. Questions of compensating damage caused to the Pet, the Client or third parties are resolved between the Client and the Contractor and do not fall within the obligations of the Platform.
7.5.4. Veterinary care. If the condition of the Pet requires veterinary intervention, the Contractor approaches the veterinary organisation or doctor indicated by the Client in the Pet card and, in their absence or unavailability, the nearest veterinary organisation. If it is impossible to contact the Client and the Emergency contact, the Contractor acts on the basis of the Client's prior authorisation (cl. 8.11) within the limit of expenses set by them. The cost of veterinary care is reimbursed by the Client on the basis of supporting documents, unless the Client and the Contractor have agreed otherwise and unless the need for care was caused by the Contractor's breach of cl. 7.4.
7.5.5. Lost Pet. If the Pet is lost the Contractor must notify the Client and Support immediately, stay at the place where the Pet was lost and continue the search, carry out the search actions agreed with the Client, post notices and approach the nearest veterinary organisations and shelters. Stopping the search is permitted only on the Client's instruction.
7.5.6. Death of the Pet. If the Pet dies the Contractor must notify the Client and Support immediately, ensure the safety of the Pet's body and perform no actions with it without the Client's instruction. At the Client's request the Contractor hands the body of the Pet over to the veterinary organisation indicated by the Client to establish the cause of death; the cost is borne by the Client unless the circumstances indicate otherwise. The Contractor is not entitled to decide on the euthanasia of the Pet; the exception is the case where such a decision is taken by a veterinarian on medical grounds when it is impossible to contact the Client and the Emergency contact.
7.6. Unclaimed Pet
7.6.1. If the Client does not take the Pet on the agreed date and time, the Contractor must notify the Client, the Emergency contact and Support immediately and continue to keep the Pet in proper conditions.
7.6.2. The Client reimburses the Contractor the documented expenses for keeping the Pet during the period of delay, and also pays for such a period at the rate of the Order, unless the Client and the Contractor have agreed otherwise.
7.6.3. The Contractor continues to keep the Pet in proper conditions, records the expenses in documents and agrees with the Platform and the Client the procedure and place for handing the Pet over. The Contractor is not entitled to make the handover of the Pet to the Client or to the Emergency contact dependent on the reimbursement of expenses. The claim for the reimbursement of expenses and payment for the period of delay is made against the Client in the general order.
7.6.4. If the Client and the Emergency contact do not respond, the Contractor notifies the Platform immediately and thereafter acts in the order agreed with it: continues to keep the Pet safely, records the expenses, sends the Client notifications through all known communication channels and, where there are factual grounds for it, approaches the competent authorities. The Platform assists in establishing contact with the Client.
7.6.5. Under no circumstances may the Contractor independently hand the Pet over to third parties, place it in a shelter, dispose of it or euthanise it. Breaching this clause is a gross breach of the Agreement.
7.6.6. The Platform assists in establishing contact with the Client and the Emergency contact, but does not take the Pet into its keeping, does not pay the expenses of the Contractor and acquires no rights and obligations in respect of the Pet.
7.7. Obligations of the Contractor towards the Platform
7.7.1. The Contractor undertakes:
a) to provide, at the request of the Platform, the information necessary for Verification to the extent of cl. 7.3.1;
b) not to influence the rating and reviews by unfair means: not to create fictitious Orders, not to post reviews on behalf of other persons, not to induce Clients to change or delete reviews by threats, pressure or the provision of benefits;
c) not to place in the Profile, in messages and in the Photo Report advertising of third parties' goods and services and links to third-party resources. This sub-clause does not restrict the right of Users to interact outside the Service (cl. 5.7);
d) to notify the Platform of a change in the status indicated in cl. 7.1.1 and of the representations ceasing to be true (cl. 7.2.2).
8. Special conditions for Clients
8.1. The Client must complete the Pet card and keep it up to date. The Pet card contains: species, breed, age, weight, sex and information about neutering; information about vaccination and treatment against parasites; chronic conditions, medication taken and veterinary restrictions; behavioural traits, episodes of aggression, reaction to other animals, to children and to strangers; ability to stay alone; diet and feeding schedule; activity limits; contacts of the veterinary organisation or doctor.
8.2. The Client must inform the Contractor of the facts of aggression of the Pet towards people or other animals and of whether the Pet belongs to a potentially dangerous breed. Concealing such information is grounds for the Contractor to refuse the Order and may entail the liability of the Client for damage caused by the Pet (Arts. 137 and 1064 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
8.3. The Client confirms that they own the Pet on a lawful basis or are authorised by its owner to conclude the Contract between Users.
8.4. The Client must ensure that the Pet has the necessary equipment, cleaning supplies, food and medication for the period of the Order, and must hand the Contractor a veterinary passport or a copy of it, unless otherwise agreed.
8.5. The Client is liable for damage caused by the Pet to the Contractor, to third parties and to their property, in accordance with legislation.
8.6. The Client is informed that the Contractor is an independent person providing the Services in their own name. The application of the legislation on the protection of consumer rights to the relations between the Client and the Contractor depends on the status and the nature of the activity of the particular Contractor and is determined by legislation and case law. The Platform gives no representations on this matter.
8.7. The Client is entitled to leave a review of the Order in the order of the Review Rules.
8.8. Vaccination and treatment. The Client must ensure that the Pet is vaccinated in accordance with veterinary requirements and treated against ectoparasites and worms. If the treatment expires during the period of the Order, the Client provides the Contractor with the treatment product together with instructions for use, or reimburses the Contractor's documented expenses for it.
8.9. Emergency contact. For visits and boarding the Client indicates an Emergency contact. By indicating an Emergency contact, the Client confirms that they have notified this person of the transfer of their data to the Platform and the Contractor and of the purposes of such transfer, and that this person does not object to receiving enquiries.
8.10. Taking the Pet. The Client must take the Pet and the belongings on the agreed date and time personally or through the Emergency contact. The consequences of delay are established by cl. 7.6.
8.11. Authorisation of veterinary care. The Client authorises the Contractor, where the life or health of the Pet is at risk, to seek veterinary care if it is impossible to contact the Client and the Emergency contact, and undertakes to reimburse the documented cost of such care. The limit of expenses and the veterinary organisation are indicated by the Client in the Pet card; the fact and parameters of the authorisation are recorded in the Service. If no limit is indicated, the maximum amount is 10,000 rubles. If the care necessary to save the life of the Pet requires expenses above the limit, the Contractor takes reasonable steps to contact the Client and the Emergency contact and, if contact is impossible, acts in the interests of the Pet; expenses above the limit are reimbursed by the Client to the extent recognised by them or established by law.
8.12. Treatment of the Contractor. The Client must ensure conditions safe for the Contractor when providing the Services and refrain from actions demeaning the dignity of the Contractor, from any form of physical and psychological pressure, and from demands going beyond the Order.
8.13. Access to the premises. For visits and boarding in the Client's residential premises, the Client must hand over working means of access, explain the procedure for switching off the security alarm and warn the persons living in the premises about the visits of the Contractor.
9. User content, reviews and rating
9.1. The User independently assesses the risks of posting materials in the Service and is responsible for their content.
9.2. The User undertakes not to post materials that: infringe the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights and the right to one's own image; contain insults, calls to violence and hostility; contain scenes of cruel treatment of animals; contain personal data of third parties without their consent; are promotional in nature; contain unreliable information.
9.3. By posting materials, the User grants the Platform a free simple (non-exclusive) licence to use them for the purposes of the operation of the Service for the term of the exclusive right and throughout the world, with the right to reproduce, communicate to the public, publicly display and adapt them to the extent necessary for their display in the Service.
9.4. Use of materials for the commercial purposes of the Platform
9.4.1. The Platform is entitled to use the materials of the User for its own commercial purposes - in advertising and promoting the Service, in marketing, presentation and training materials, in social networks and on the websites of the Platform, in publications in the mass media, in outdoor and digital advertising, in materials for partners and investors - solely on the basis of a separate consent of the User. Consent is given by a separate action in the interface of the Service, separately from the acceptance of the Agreement and from other consents.
9.4.2. The consent provided for in cl. 9.4.1 applies to: photographs and video recordings from the Photo Report; the photograph of the Profile; the text of reviews and the scores; materials voluntarily sent by the User to Support; materials supplied by the User within the framework of contests, promotions and joint projects of the Platform.
9.4.3. Scope of the rights granted. The User grants the Platform a simple (non-exclusive) free licence for the term of the exclusive right and throughout the world, with the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, communicate to the public, adapt (cropping, colour correction, editing, superimposition of design elements and of the trademark of the Platform) and to sublicense to persons engaged by the Platform to produce and place advertising materials.
9.4.4. No remuneration. No remuneration is paid for the use of materials. Giving consent is voluntary; declining it and its subsequent withdrawal do not affect access to the Service, the rating, the badges or the order of display of the Profile.
9.4.5. Image of a citizen. If the material depicts the User themselves, by the same action they give consent to the disclosure and further use of their image in the order of Art. 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation within the limits established by cl. 9.4.1 - 9.4.3. If the material depicts other persons, the User must obtain their consent before posting the material. The Platform does not use materials depicting minors for commercial purposes.
9.4.6. Photo Report. The Photo Report is created by the Contractor, but relates to the Pet of the Client and may show the Client's residential premises. Using the Photo Report for the purposes of cl. 9.4.1 is permitted only if both the Contractor and the Client have given consent. Materials in which the address, the interior of the Client's residential premises, house and flat numbers, means of access, documents or other information allowing the place of residence of the Client to be identified are discernible are not used for commercial purposes or are used after such information has been removed.
9.4.7. Restrictions on use. The Platform does not use the materials of the User: in a context disparaging their honour, dignity or business reputation; in a way creating the impression that the User recommends goods or services of third parties; in the advertising of third parties placed by them independently. Passing materials to an advertising partner for its own advertising is permitted only on the basis of a separate consent of the User naming such partner.
9.4.8. Indication of the name. Materials are used without indicating the name of the User or with the name displayed in their Profile, at the choice of the User made when giving consent. The author's right to a name (Art. 1265 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) remains with the User.
9.4.9. Withdrawal of consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time through the Account settings or by contacting Support. From the moment the withdrawal is received the Platform ceases any new use of the materials and, within no more than 30 calendar days, ceases using them in materials under its control. Removing materials from copies already produced and distributed, from printed and outdoor advertising, as well as from content placed by third parties, is impossible, of which the User was notified when giving consent.
9.4.10. Deleting the Account means the withdrawal of consent and entails the consequences provided for in cl. 9.4.9.
9.5. The User confirms that they have the consent of the persons depicted in the materials to the use of their image (Art. 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
9.6. Photo Report. The Photo Report is available to the Client for the respective Order and to the Platform. Public display of individual materials of the Photo Report in the Profile of the Contractor is permitted only with the consent of the Client. The use of the Photo Report for the commercial purposes of the Platform is governed by cl. 9.4.6.
9.7. Reviews. A review may be left by a User who took part in the Order. The Platform does not change the content of reviews and does not delete them for a negative score. The Platform is entitled to delete a review that breaches cl. 9.2, as well as a review that does not relate to the Order. The procedure for appealing a review is established by the Review Rules.
9.8. Rating and badges. The rules for calculating the rating, assigning badges and unlocking access to certain types of Services are published in the Rating and Badge Rules. The rating is calculated automatically. A decision to restrict a Contractor's access to certain types of Orders is taken by the Platform or by a person authorised by it, taking into account the calculated indicators; the Platform takes no solely automated decisions that restrict access. The User is entitled to request an explanation of the reasons for a change in the rating and to appeal the restriction in the order of cl. 12.5.
9.8.1. Rating. The rating of a User is the arithmetic mean of the scores in the published reviews about them, rounded for display. A review that is under review is not counted in the rating and is not counted among the reviews. No other components - cancellations, response time, the presence of a Photo Report - are taken into account in the rating at this stage.
9.8.2. Achievement badges are assigned automatically for completed Orders. The conditions and thresholds are published in the Service on the “Achievements” screen, where for each badge its description, threshold and current progress are shown, including for badges not yet received. Badges are assigned on the following conditions:
a) “Early bird” - 10 completed walks of a Pet that started before 8:00; counted separately for each Pet;
b) “Night owl” - 10 completed walks of a Pet that started at 21:00 or later; counted separately for each Pet;
c) “Homebody” - 10 completed Orders for a Pet with the place of service “at the Client's home” that are not walks; the badge is available if fewer than three walks have been completed for this Pet;
d) “Planner” - 15 completed Orders created no later than 48 hours before the start;
e) “Early shift” - 20 completed Orders of the Contractor that started before 9:00;
f) “Evening route” - 20 completed Orders of the Contractor that started at 19:00 or later;
g) “Lifesaver” - 10 completed Orders of the Contractor confirmed less than 3 hours before the start, for a Pet for which this Contractor already had a completed Order before.
9.8.3. Only completed Orders are counted. A cancelled, incomplete and disputed Order is not counted in the badges. An assigned badge is not removed when the rating changes; a badge assigned by mistake, or for an Order found invalid as a result of reviewing an enquiry, may be removed with notice to the User.
9.8.4. Badges and the rating do not unlock or close access to types of Orders. The procedure for restricting access is established by section 12 and is applied by a decision of the Platform or of a person authorised by it.
9.9. Selection of Profiles by the Client. The Client is entitled to limit the search to Profiles of Contractors with a rating not below a value of their choosing and to other selection criteria available in the Service. Such selection is made by the Client and not by the Platform; a Contractor who does not meet the selection criteria is not displayed to the Client in the search results. This condition is not a restriction of access under section 12.
9.10. Achievement badges. Certain badges are assigned automatically upon the Contractor performing actions in the Service. Such badges are informational in nature and do not affect access to Orders or the order of display of the Profile.
9.11. The Platform is not obliged to carry out prior moderation of materials and is entitled to refuse to post a material or to delete a posted material if it does not comply with cl. 9.2, notifying the User of the reason. This clause does not apply to the Profile of the Contractor: it passes a check before publication in the order of cl. 7.3.6.
10. Partner advertising
10.1. As of the date of this edition no partner advertising is placed in the Service. Access to the Service is provided to Users free of charge at the expense of the Platform itself. Clauses 10.2 - 10.4 apply from the moment the Platform begins to place advertising; Users are notified of the beginning of advertising by a new edition of the Agreement in the order of section 15.
10.2. Advertising materials are labelled in accordance with the requirements of the advertising legislation.
10.3. The Platform is not the seller of the advertised goods and services, does not check their quality and is not liable for the performance of obligations by advertisers. The presence of advertising or a link is not a recommendation or an endorsement by the Platform, unless this is expressly indicated.
10.4. Personalisation of advertising is carried out in the order established by the Privacy Policy. The User is entitled to opt out of personalisation in the Account settings.
11. Incidents and assistance to Users
11.1. The User is entitled to send Support an incident report relating to an Order within 14 calendar days from the date of the Order. This period relates to the review of the enquiry by the Platform and does not limit the time limits and methods of protecting rights provided for by law and by the contract with the respective party.
11.2. Upon an enquiry the Platform:
a) registers the enquiry and assigns it a number;
b) requests explanations from the second party to the Order;
c) provides each party with the information available in the Service about the Order, including the agreed terms, the message history and the Photo Report;
d) if a breach of the Service Rules is confirmed, applies the measures provided for in section 12;
e) informs the parties of the outcome of the review within no more than 10 working days.
11.3. The Platform assists in establishing the circumstances, but does not establish fault, does not determine the amount of losses and does not award or pay compensation. Claims for the reimbursement of damage are made directly against the person who caused the damage.
11.4. The Platform is not an insurance organisation, an insurance agent or an insurance broker, does not provide insurance services and assumes no obligations to reimburse damage. The Platform is entitled, but not obliged, to inform Users about insurance programmes of partners; the terms of such programmes are determined by the insurance organisation and create no obligations of the Platform.
11.5. Assistance in finding a replacement. If the Contractor has refused an accepted Order or has become unavailable, the Platform, at the request of the Client, assists in finding another Contractor from those available in the Service. The Platform does not guarantee the availability of a replacement, assumes no obligations to organise the provision of the Services and does not cover the difference in price.
11.6. Disclosure of information when damage is caused. Upon receiving a substantiated enquiry about harm to the life or health of a person or of the Pet, or about harm to property, the Platform is entitled to provide the injured party to the Order with the information it holds about the other party that is necessary to protect the breached right: the Display name, the email address and the telephone number. The Platform does not hold the surname and patronymic of Users and cannot provide them. Disclosure is made for the purpose of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the User (sub-clause 7 of part 1 of Art. 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006), to the minimum extent necessary to make a claim, and is recorded by the Platform. Information held is provided to law enforcement agencies and to the court on a reasoned request.
12. Restriction of access
12.1. The Platform is entitled to restrict the User's access to the Service in full or in part for a breach of the Agreement or of the Service Rules, as well as where there are well-founded suspicions of such a breach.
12.2. Measures are applied taking into account the nature of the breach: a warning; hiding a material; taking the Profile offline (cl. 7.3.6.6); lowering or zeroing the rating; suspension of access to certain types of Services; a temporary restriction of access; an indefinite restriction of access.
12.3. An indefinite restriction of access is applied in the following cases: falsification of the Photo Report; giving unreliable representations (cl. 7.2); cruel treatment of an animal; concealment of an incident (cl. 7.5.2); transferring performance to a third party without the consent of the Client; using means of access to residential premises for purposes other than the Order; independently disposing of the Pet contrary to cl. 7.6.5; creating a second Account after a restriction of access.
12.4. Immediate suspension. Upon receiving an enquiry about harm to the life or health of a Pet or of a person, the Platform is entitled to suspend the access of the Contractor until the review of the enquiry is completed.
12.5. Notice and appeal. The Platform notifies the User of the measure applied and of its grounds, except in cases where notification would hinder the cessation of the breach. The User is entitled to send an objection to Support within 30 calendar days. The objection is reviewed within no more than 10 working days. If the original decision was taken with the participation of several persons, the objection is reviewed with the participation of a person who did not take part in it; if that possibility is absent, the decision is revised on the merits taking into account the grounds stated in the objection. The outcome is communicated to the User with reasons. A request to review a decision taken on the basis of automatically calculated indicators, and a request for an explanation of the factors that influenced such a decision (cl. 9.8), are reviewed in the same order.
12.6. A restriction of access does not release the User from obligations under Contracts between Users concluded before it was applied.
13. Intellectual property rights
13.1. The exclusive rights to the Service, to its components, the software code, the design, the databases, the trademark and other means of individualisation belong jointly to Anton Filimonov and Artem Yakovlev or are used by them on a lawful basis. The Platform exercises the rights to the Service and grants Users the right to use it (cl. 13.2) with the consent of both rights holders.
13.2. The User is granted the right to use the Service under the terms of a simple (non-exclusive) free non-transferable licence, within the functionality of the Service and for the term of use of the Account.
13.3. The following are prohibited: copying and modifying the Service; decompilation; automated collection of data, including Profiles and reviews; using the materials of the Service to create a similar product; extraction of a substantial part of the database of the Service.
14. Personal data
14.1. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted at polapam.ru/en/privacy/.
14.2. Acceptance of the Agreement is not consent to the processing of personal data. Consents that require separate execution are requested in the interface of the Service by separate actions.
14.3. Publication of the Profile. The Profile of the Contractor is placed in public access. Such placement is dissemination of personal data and is carried out solely on the basis of a separate consent to the dissemination of personal data, executed under the rules of Art. 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, with the ability to set prohibitions and conditions. Consent may be withdrawn at any time; from the moment of withdrawal the Profile is taken offline.
14.4. Identification. The Platform does not establish the identity of the Contractor and does not process biometric personal data: images and details of an identity document are not requested and not stored, and no comparison of the photograph in the Profile with the photograph in such a document is carried out (cl. 7.3.2 “h”). The identifier of the Account is the mobile telephone number; its confirmation verifies access to the number, but not the identity of the User. The introduction of identity verification is possible no earlier than Release 2 and is accompanied by a new edition of this Agreement and of the Privacy Policy; and where the Platform carries out its own verification - by a separate consent of the Contractor to the processing of biometric personal data in the order of Art. 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
14.5. Geodata. Data about the location of the device are collected when a Photo Report is generated and when searching for Contractors by district. The User is entitled to disable access to geodata in the device settings; in that case individual functions of the Service, including the Photo Report with geo-confirmation, become unavailable.
15. Amendment of the Agreement
15.1. The Platform is entitled to amend the Agreement and the Service Rules unilaterally.
15.2. A new edition is published at polapam.ru/en/agreement/ with the indication of the publication date and the date of entry into force. Previous editions are kept at polapam.ru/en/agreement/archive and are available for at least three years.
15.3. Notice periods. Of changes affecting the measures of liability of Users, the procedure for restricting access, the rating rules, or introducing paid functions, the Platform notifies at least 45 calendar days before they enter into force. Of other changes - at least 15 calendar days. The periods do not apply if the changes improve the position of Users, are made to comply with the requirements of legislation or of a court ruling.
15.4. Notice is given by the methods indicated in cl. 3.7 and is published in the Service.
15.5. Continuing to use the Service after the new edition enters into force means acceptance of it. If the User does not agree, they are entitled to delete the Account.
16. Limitation of liability
16.1. The Platform is not liable to the Client for the actions and omissions of the Contractor performed in the course of providing the Services or in connection with them, and for their consequences, including harm to the life, health and property of the Pet, harm to the property of the Client and harm caused to third parties.
16.2. The Platform is not liable to the Contractor for the actions and omissions of the Client, including the refusal to pay, the provision of unreliable information about the Pet and the causing of harm to the Pet.
16.3. The Platform is not liable for the non-performance or improper performance of the Contract between Users, for the reliability of information posted by Users, or for the content of the correspondence of Users.
16.4. The Platform is not liable for losses arising as a result of: failures and interruptions in the operation of the Service; the actions of telecom operators, hosting providers and other third parties; the loss by the User of control over the Account if Support was not notified; the use by the User of information obtained in the Service.
16.5. The Platform is liable to the User for the non-performance or improper performance of its own obligations under this Agreement to the extent of the actual loss caused, in accordance with legislation.
16.6. The restrictions established by this section do not apply: to liability for harm caused to life and health; to cases of intentional breach of obligations by the Platform (cl. 4 of Art. 401 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation); to other cases where the law does not permit a limitation of liability.
16.7. The User undertakes to compensate the Platform for the losses incurred as a result of the Platform being held liable for the breach by the User of the Agreement or of the rights of third parties, including the amounts of recoveries, fines and the cost of legal assistance.
17. Pre-trial procedure and dispute resolution
17.1. A dispute may be settled by the pre-trial procedure: a claim is sent to support@polapam.ru or through the interface of the Service and is reviewed within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. Compliance with the pre-trial procedure is mandatory in the cases expressly provided for by law; in other cases it is voluntary and does not restrict the User's right to apply to court.
17.2. The exchange of legally significant messages is permitted by email and through the interface of the Service. A message is deemed received by the User at the moment it is delivered to the contact details they have indicated (Art. 165.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
17.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is examined by a court in accordance with the rules of jurisdiction established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the consumer's right to choose a court in the cases provided for by law.
18. Final provisions
18.1. Together with the Service Rules and the Privacy Policy, this Agreement contains the full set of arrangements between the Platform and the User regarding the use of the Service.
18.2. The invalidity of an individual provision of the Agreement does not entail the invalidity of the Agreement as a whole.
18.3. The Platform is entitled to transfer its rights and obligations under the Agreement to a third party, notifying Users in the order of section 15.
18.4. Force majeure. The Parties are released from liability for the non-performance of obligations under the Agreement if it is caused by circumstances of force majeure: natural disasters, fires, floods, epidemics and the introduction of restrictive measures, power and communications outages, failures of the equipment of telecom operators and hosting providers, and acts of state authorities that make performance impossible. This clause does not release Users from obligations under the Contract between Users unless the law indicates otherwise.
18.5. As of 01.10.2026, Federal Law No. 289-FZ of 31.07.2025 “On Certain Issues of Regulating the Platform Economy in the Russian Federation” enters into force. The Platform brings its activity and this Agreement into line with the requirements of the said law and of the acts of the Government of the Russian Federation adopted in its implementation before they start to apply to the Service. The procedure for checking Contractors, the quality and safety standards, the procedure for restricting access and the procedure for appeals are published in the Service Rules.
