Recommended contract template: boarding a Pet

The text of the template is being prepared for publication. The template is a recommended form of contract between the Client and the Contractor; it is approved by the owner of the service. We do not publish drafts, so as not to create a false impression of the terms.

What already applies without the template

• User Agreement — section 5 “Services”, cl. 5.4: the relations between the parties are governed by the Order for the Service and by section 6 (obligations of the parties, acceptance, payment, liability).
• Privacy policy — cl. 8.1: what information the other party sees after the conclusion of the Contract (name, address at which the Services are provided, information about the Pet).
