Cookie policy
Version of 04.11.2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the website stores in the User's browser. They let the site remember the User's actions so that the data does not have to be entered again on the next visit.
1.1. This Policy also applies to similar technologies — the local
storage localStorage and sessionStorage.
2. Legal grounds
Cookies are used with the User's consent. Consent is obtained through the banner on the website. Some cookies are strictly necessary and are used on the basis of art. 6 of the Russian Federation Law “On Advertising” and art. 9 of Russian Federation Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” without separate consent, because switching them off would make the website unusable.
3. Categories and composition of cookies
| Name | Purpose | Retention period | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
palapam_consent |
Stores the chosen cookie consent option so that the banner is not shown again | 365 days | Necessary |
bitrix_sessid |

3.1. The list of analytics cookies may be extended when new analytics services are connected. Changes are recorded in this Policy.
4. How to opt out
4.1. The User may refuse non-essential cookies. To do so, click “Necessary only” in the banner on any page of the website.
4.2. A previous choice can be changed through the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.
4.3. Cookies can also be deleted manually in the browser settings. Deleting cookies of the strictly necessary category may make it impossible to submit forms.
5. Personal data processing
5.1. Cookies of the necessary category contain technical identifiers and do not allow the User to be identified as a specific person outside the session.
5.2. Analytics cookies are used only when consent is present and are processed in de-identified form.
5.3. The full procedure for personal data processing is set out in the Privacy Policy.
6. Honouring browser signals
The website honours the Global Privacy Control (GPC) and
Do Not Track signals: when they are present, analytics
scripts are not loaded, even if consent was given earlier.
7. Withdrawal of consent
Consent to the use of cookies may be withdrawn by the means described in section 4, or by a written statement sent to support@polapam.ru.
