List of persons who may be entrusted with personal data processing

The Operator may entrust the processing of personal data to third parties on the basis of a contract containing the terms provided for by part 3 of art. 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006, including the duty to maintain confidentiality and data protection requirements; the Operator is liable to the subject for the actions of such persons (cl. 8.2 of the Policy).

How the list changes
The list is maintained together with the Policy: when the composition of processors changes, a new edition of the Policy is published and this list is brought in line the same day. Previous editions of the Policy are kept at polapam.ru/en/privacy/archive.
A personal data subject is entitled to request from the operator information about the transfer of their data — the procedure for submitting such a request is set out in section 12 of the Policy and on the support page.
